This tends to be our most popular scheme where many of our customers wish to sell their property but remain as tenants (subject to contract) afterwards. At Home Advance we aim to fulfil this by finding a buyer who has experience in this field. We know that remaining in your property is a priority so we carefully select specialist buyers who have previous experience as landlords. You may want to stay in the property for 6 months, maybe a year or longer. Whatever length of time you want, we will make sure that the buyer is fully aware of your circumstances. And whilst nothing in life is guaranteed we will ensure that, to the best of our abilities, your buyer is fully aware of your personal circumstances and tenancy request.
